Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for the employer, delivering exceptional service to all customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone contacts
- Provide customers with critical service and product information to ensure satisfaction
- Process orders and enter data into the order entry system
- Track customer packages

Job Requirements:
- Meet all requirements of the employer Remote Work Policy, including reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Excellent communication skills
- Conflict management skills and professional composure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Understanding of computer systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime during peak times
- 6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused environment (preferred)

Additional Information:
- All work must be done in a designated, approved home office location
- Candidate location restrictions apply (Nevada)
- Paid training provided with start dates as soon as October 3rd
