What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide solutions and answer general customer service questions, including service issues and billing inquiries
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to ensure one-call resolution for customer interactions
- Engage actively with customers, demonstrating empathy and providing effective solutions
- Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and drive positive experiences
- Participate in drug screening and background checks as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service, problem-solving, and building client relationships
- Excellent communication skills with a desire to engage and listen to customers
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them in real-time situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Availability for seasonal work (3 to 6 months)
