      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise day-to-day activities of Customer Service Support Services to ensure adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      - Develop and maintain advanced customer service knowledge and skills, aiding in the continuous improvement of supervised staff
      - Coordinate activities and set priorities that align with organizational objectives and goals
      - Assist with inbound and outbound calls, emails, web chat services, and back-office tasks, serving as the first escalation point for troubleshooting
      - Monitor issues to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and identify areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
      - 4-6 years of customer service experience or related public relations experience
      - 0-2 years of management experience
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong leadership and customer service skills
