What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products for assigned customers within the region
- Maintain productivity by adhering to predefined case-per-hour targets
- Assist in product placement and create attractive displays for goods
- Promote customer service by addressing customer queries and questions
- Attend team and regional sales meetings as requested and perform assigned duties as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the grocery industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with grocery merchandising and product placement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently without direct supervision
- Positive and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Willingness to support ad-hoc assignments and queries
