What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide content-specific support, training, and guidance for K-12 blended and online learning programs
- Deliver workshops and sessions to teachers and instructional personnel on integrating digital solutions into curriculum and assessment practices
- Develop and modify individualized learning paths for students
- Conduct fee-based presentations both virtually and onsite based on school district requests
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality, results-driven educational experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (graduate degree preferred) and at least 2 years of experience in professional development, training, or consulting services (5 or more years preferred)
- Current or past teaching certification and experience in an educational environment is strongly preferred
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience delivering successful professional development in K-12 settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
- Willingness to travel for professional development delivery
- Current Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application within 7 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
