Job Description

- Creating/Correcting items in NetSuite
- Creating PO's in NetSuite
- Sending PO's to Vendors
- Correcting discrepancies between Admin and new NetSuite items
- Ensuring that the hierarchy is maintained in NetSuite
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 1 year of experience with creating/maintaining styles and POs in an inventory management system
- Experience in NetSuite a plus
- Excellent communication; written, oral, and group facilitation
- Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and managers at all times
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to meet multiple, and sometimes, competing deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Ability to apply logical thinking and sound judgment to a wide range of practical problems
- 3 days of Paid Sick Time (redeemable on day 90)
