What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers to provide personalized recommendations and create memorable shopping experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor while merchandising new products and updating pricing
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective customer engagement and relationship building
- Support team dynamics by collaborating and assisting colleagues to enhance customer service
- Utilize technology, including cash registers and handheld devices, to process transactions and perform job functions
