- Review applications and/or recorded interviews using Applicant Tracking System with a high degree of accuracy and integrity to make appropriate hiring decisions while meeting productivity standards.
- Call candidates to follow up on pending applications, assessments, interviews, or job offers.
- Create and extend offer letters and schedule candidates for onboarding.
- Answer questions via phone and email regarding application, interview, hiring and onboarding process from candidates.
- Disposition candidates not selected for a position or if did not report for onboarding.
- Answer questions from leaders in work locations regarding candidates applications or onboarding status
- Contact candidates to reschedule onboarding in cases of emergency store closures.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and working from a dual monitor set-up
- Possess sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Prior use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) a plus
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
- May require working with multiple computer screens and programs simultaneously for extended periods of time.
- May Involve, reaching stooping, kneeling or crouching
- Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs.
