What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures for both LAN and cloud-based environments
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard organizational data
- Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks within systems and networks
- Respond to and mitigate security incidents and breaches effectively
- Create comprehensive security reports utilizing complex SQL queries and data analysis tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and IPS/IDS
- At least 4 years of experience in security documentation
- Minimum of 4 years of programming experience with C/C++, Python, or PowerShell
- 4+ years of experience working in Red/Blue Team environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Security Operations Center (SOC) security analyst
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting for report generation and automation
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, or CEH
