What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver 90% pre-sales engineering support and 10% consulting/delivery
- Collaborate with Security Architects, Account Executives, and Account Managers to develop technical solutions based on client requirements
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout project life cycles
- Provide pre-sales technical support and respond to security-focused RFPs/RFIs
- Document client requirements, technical challenges, and solution designs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a client-facing pre-sales or consulting role
- Ability to autonomously prioritize and deliver across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operationalizing security controls across various IT systems
- Proficiency in multiple security domains, including Security Operations, Identity Management, and Cloud Security Tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with security vendor technologies such as Zscaler, Palo Alto, and CrowdStrike
- Active security industry certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CCSP, CISSP)
- Knowledge of common compliance requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Experience deploying complex environments into AWS, Azure, or GCP
