What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build pipeline and develop new business within assigned territory to meet annual sales quotas
- Execute all phases of the sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal negotiation
- Establish value propositions and partner with consulting services to create winning proposals
- Engage with executives at all levels, including CIOs, CISOs, and CEOs, to discuss compliance solutions
- Celebrate sales successes and contribute to a results-oriented culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in selling complex managed and consulting services and software
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and track record of exceeding sales goals
- Ability to learn and stay knowledgeable about industry trends and regulatory changes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional proposal writing
- Strong command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Verifiable sales success in start-up and growth stage companies
- Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM and a detailed sales process
- Advanced degree or position-relevant certifications such as HCISPP, CISSP, or CRISC
- Naturally curious with high emotional intelligence and situational awareness
