- Financial Close Leadership: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, general ledger accuracy, and complex account reconciliations.
- Corporate Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for leadership.
- Treasury & Operations: Oversee daily cash management, operational accounting workflows, and specialized professional distributions (e.g., partner equity/compensation).
- Compliance & Trust Accounts: Oversee client trust accounts (IOLTA) in strict compliance with legal frameworks, and lead internal control optimization.
- Tax & Audit Liaison: Coordinate all documentation and schedules for external CPA firms handling annual reviews and tax filings.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Active CPA or CPA candidate is HIGHLY preferred.
- Public accounting or professional services firm background is highly desirable
- Advanced Excel capabilities and experience optimizing accounting software systems.
- Absolute discretion, strong executive presence, and the confidence to interact directly with partners and C-suite leadership.

This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and ownership over the complete financial cycle within a high-caliber environment.
