      Are you interested in working in a dynamic environment? Our Asian Legal Business is looking for a Senior Administrative Executive who can support with general administrative tasks, sales operations and event team support in a fast-paced environment.

      Successful candidate shall work alongside with experts across different media/events functions and gain experience through a variety of tasks assigned.

      Asian Legal Business (ALB) is a Thomson Reuters division that provides insights and reports for the legal sector in Asia Pacific. ALB tracks the most recent developments, patterns, rankings, awards, and events in different areas of law and regions.

      About the Role

      As a Senior Administrative Executive, you will:

      • Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to Head of Department, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy and providing a high level of service.
      • Manage the Head of Department’s calendar, travel bookings and expenses, visa applications and other administrative duties whenever required
      • Manage documentations for Head of Department and larger Media Sales team, including issuing sales contracts, supporting PowerPoint presentations, business proposals, PO & invoices, vendor contracts etc.
      • Manage team meetings including calendar invites across different time zones, venue booking, catering and liaison with facilities team for coordination purposes
      • Coordinate between managers and teams located in offices across Asia, ability to work with a diverse team across different time zones and cultures.
      • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders as required
      • Support any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

      About You

      As a Senior Administrative Executive, you should possess:

      • Bachelor’s degree in any field with minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
      • Pleasant disposition, ability to work independently and within a team
      • Detail-oriented, strong time management and organisation skills, and comfortable with admin paperwork and systems
      • Initiative for process improvements and willingness to learn new tools and systems
      • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ariba, Workday and other systems is a plus
      • Strong written and verbal communication in English is critical, advantageous in other Asian language
