What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Expertly manage calendars by scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Prepare for meetings by creating events, drafting agendas, and developing presentation materials
- Attend meetings to capture action items, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up
- Plan and execute team-building activities and partner meetings with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage administrative operations including expense reports and complex travel logistics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience, ideally supporting a Revenue or Commercial leadership team
- Highly proactive and strategic with the ability to anticipate needs and plan ahead
- Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and expense/travel management software
- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
