Are you a highly organized and proactive administrative professional looking for an opportunity to support senior leadership in a dynamic healthcare setting? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to both the Administrative Director of MGB Enterprise Emergency Medicine Leadership and the Chair of Emergency Medicine. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and facilitating key administrative functions.

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
•Assists with onboarding new providers by working closely with MGB Medical Staff Office and MGB Centralized Credentialing Office ensuring smooth transition in a timely manner.
•Manages payroll for APPs, tracks, and report schedule changes.
•Tracks provider certification and maintenance.
•Collaborates with Universities and in house Medical Education department to serve as the point of contact for Medical/PA students and assist in orienting, addressing inquiries and as well as assisting providers with administrative duties as needed.
•Onboards and oversees non-employee for the department.
•Supports minor billing and coding tasks.
•Handles small supply orders, manages vendor contract and DME orders, carts and paperwork.
•Serves as a point person for internal and external stakeholders, including providers, vendors, patients etc.., and assists in the communication of department announcement, policies, practice initiatives and be able to trouble shoot problems as needed.
•Schedules meetings, manage executive calendars, and facilitate meeting logistics, prepare onboarding materials and assist in small projects throughout the department.
