- Manage all aspects of Advisor’s calendar by maintaining ownership of internal and external meetings, including scheduling, travel and follow up
- Independently develop presentations and reports for Advisors’ high net worth clients, prospects and intermediaries
- Provide general administrative duties including database management and reporting
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for client inquiries and administrative requests
- Manage ad hoc projects to completion
- Develop best practices for enhancing advisor’s productivity and business generation
- Lead service initiatives for clients and centers of influence
- Introduce and be accountable for marketing initiatives to drive business activity
- Partner with advisor to solve complex client challenges
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional personalized service is delivered
- Act on behalf of Senior Advisor, as appropriate, in Firm-led initiatives
- Forge deep alliances with internal and external clients to enhance Senior Advisor’s brand
- Ability to independently prioritize and execute multiple complex tasks and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Demonstrate sound judgement and justify decision making to senior leadership
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to deliver distinctive client service
- Present to and influence others with conviction
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Financial services industry experience
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for Bernstein Private Wealth Management, a unit of AllianceBernstein, L.P. The Senior Principal Coordinator will work in a dynamic, trust-based partnership with a Principal Financial Advisor to serve a broad range of clients’ needs. As a seasoned professional between the Principal Advisor and both internal and external clients, the Senior Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in cultivating client relationships.Desired Qualifications

In accordance with Section 8-107(32) as set forth in the New York City Human Rights Law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows: Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, benefits, year-end incentive compensation, and other incentives. This role is eligible for overtime pay.
