      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Coordinate and review expense reports for designated wholesalers
      - Ensure accurate allocation of costs in wholesaler T&E reporting
      - Run monthly transaction reporting for reconciliation of corporate cards and expense transactions
      - Maintain up-to-date team standard operating procedures
      - Participate in cross-channel backup and cross-training

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 1-2 years of administrative experience
      - Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
      - Strong analytical skills and project management experience preferred
      - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
      - Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Proficiency in Office 365 suite and compliance policies
      - Ability to develop relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse staff
      - Experience with STAR Compliance and iExpense
