      Overview

      Why We Need Your Talents:

      The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for the ideation of signature marketing campaigns from strategy to execution. This position is responsible for coordinating the execution of all approved marketing campaigns and working collaboratively with the all Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland outlets to ensure successful execution across each outlet and all digital platforms. These marketing campaigns will be based on current trends occurring nationally in the industry as well as local markets. This position is responsible for managing the processes and maintaining a cohesive and constant image for the company in all advertising, print production, and signage. Manager is accountable for all forms and venues for advertising to promote the Live! Casino & Hotel brand.

      Responsibilities

      Where You'll Make an Impact:

      • Planning, management and execution of all non-gaming and gaming departments.
      • Work across key functional areas including all Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland outlets, Marketing, Social Media, Brand, and be the front face for marketing initiatives.
      • Manage external vendor relationships, platforms and channels including digital, social, media and identifying relevant partners for events.
      • Participates in the development of the general marketing strategy to achieve the financial goals of the company.
      • Creates regular proposals to adjust the overall Marketing Strategy month by month. Responsible for field marketing of all Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland outlets to drive brand awareness through on-site, face to face interaction with local businesses consumers and community.
      • Foster relationships and brand awareness through distribution of collateral and information to drive traffic and sales.
      • Create and implement effective schedules of all Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland outlets marketing activities. Drive awareness of marketing best practices and creative toolkits to the department level partners.
      • Manage external agencies on all aspects of media planning and buying, creative development and execution.
      • Manage and track expenditures, accruals, reporting and invoicing.
      • Meet with external account executives regarding advertising opportunities. Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.
      • Internal coordination of all marketing deliverables.
      • Determine best use of media across all platforms, including print, broadcast, digital and OOH.
      • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; completing administrative tasks for these departments.
      • Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hazard free work environment.
      • Other duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      Must-Haves:

      • Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
      • Must have minimum of (3) to five years (5) of experience working in the Casino, Hospitality or Food & Beverage Industry at a high volume company
      • Commitment and ability to work on flexible shifts and days off and long hours, including weekends, and nights, ability to provide lateral service to other department with a different job characteristics.
      • Strong written and oral communications skills
      • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
      • Financial and budgeting skills preferred
      • Must possess the ability to deliver and coach team to give a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
      • Must display commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
      • Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

      MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

      • Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
      • Ability to solve complex problems.
      • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
      • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
      • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
      • Excellent computer skills - Highly proficient with MS Office products MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
      • A broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.
      • Ability to work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
      • Ability to be exposed to alcohol, smoke, bright lights, and noise.
      • Ability to walk up and down stairs to the Casino floor.
      • Ability to work in 24/7 high energy casinos with over 300,000 square feet of gaming, hotel and entertainment space
