**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Provide clinical and technical support and training on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system and related products
- Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on technical matters related to products and procedures
- Promote the safe and effective use of products in alignment with sales objectives
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive business growth
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to strategize and conduct training for mapping solutions
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation OR
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
- Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
