What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the liaison between the Revenue organization and technical teams for AI-related projects
- Translate business use cases into technical development requirements and user stories
- Establish and maintain processes for AI usage in collaboration with IT leaders
- Own the internal development roadmap for AI applications and tools
- Conduct vendor evaluations for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Mixed business and technical background with 5+ years of product/program management experience
- At least 2 years of experience working directly with engineering resources
- Hands-on proficiency with GenAI fundamentals, including prompt engineering and multi-agent orchestration
- Ability to model LLM operating costs and manage spend within ROI targets
- Experience creating business cases for internal tool investments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or technology consulting firms
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies specific to AI development
