      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive growth and adoption of AI products while meeting and exceeding sales quotas
      - Build and nurture relationships with customers, aligning AI solutions to their business goals
      - Lead AI proof of concepts (POCs) and support customer understanding of product value
      - Collaborate with the AI Success team to identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities
      - Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions, enabling the sales team to excel in AI engagements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role focused on Conversational AI solutions or the customer experience space
      - Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Willingness to travel as needed
      - Experience in an overlay Account Executive/co-sell role is preferable

      - Demonstrated history of inspiring and elevating a sales team to excel in AI sales
      - In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their practical application in contact centers
