Expressions of interest are welcomed from police staff for a short secondment/acting opportunity to AIU Buckinghamshire until 6 January 2025
Applicants must be supported by their current department for immediate release due to the timeframes required.
The purpose of this role is to lead one of the Assessment and Investigation Unit hubs ensuring the effective and efficient end-to-end delivery and performance of the triage and investigation functions, maintaining high standards of victim service. This includes line management of AIU inspectors / AIU managers and their teams, and take responsibility for maintaining a positive culture in line with the values of the AIU and the Force. Ensure the hub is effectively resourced and oversee the attendance.
