What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and evaluate new affiliate partners and marketplaces for growth opportunities
- Manage the onboarding process for partners, ensuring accurate records in the CRM
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with affiliates, providing strategic support
- Oversee the performance of partner campaigns and track actionable insights
- Own reporting to analyze affiliate performance and present summaries to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of BI tools is a bonus
- Experience with CRMs or partner tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, TUNE)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing affiliate marketing campaigns from inception to execution
- Familiarity with creative testing and strategic campaign optimization
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in marketing campaigns
- Previous exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a business environment
- A passion for innovation in the fintech space
