      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for software applications to ensure smooth functioning
      - Diagnose and resolve application issues reported by end-users, investigating system errors or malfunctions
      - Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to implement fixes and workarounds
      - Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and report problems, along with data analysis and development of testing scripts
      - Participate in Scrum meetings to discuss enhancements, bug fixes, and new releases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
      - Proficient in the SMART Quoting and Rating System and EDT
      - Experience creating meaningful UAT Test Scripts for applications in QA, Staging, and Production
      - Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of related experience
      - Ability to participate in scheduled weekend deployments and monthly production checkouts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Software Engineering Master Certification (SEMC) preferred
      - ITIL 4 Foundation Certification preferred
