What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and enhance the quality program to ensure optimal completion of quality reviews
- Perform quality reviews on various AML processes, including KYC onboarding and transaction monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain agility in the Compliance Quality program
- Drive continual process optimization and evaluate AI-enabled tools for improved efficiency
- Support the Manager in ensuring accountability and timely completion of quality reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, with at least 1 year in a quality role
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage time-sensitive workflows and competing priorities effectively
- Experience analyzing large transactional data sets; proficiency in SQL preferred
- High integrity with a proven ability to handle confidential information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
- Experience with blockchain forensic tools (e.g., TRM Labs, Chainalysis, Elliptic)
- CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification
- Passion for digital currency and blockchain technology
