What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed financial and valuation analysis of market opportunities and potential acquisition targets
- Play an active role in all phases of transaction execution, including due diligence and internal investment documentation
- Prepare internal investment papers and support decision-making processes for M&A activities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on M&A activity within the employer's markets to inform strategic planning
- Manage the Americas M&A pipeline and reporting to ensure visibility and alignment across teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Development
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking or similar transaction services experience at a Big 4 accounting firm
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or other relevant field
- Experience in finance, accounting, and financial modeling
- Experience communicating complex transaction information to stakeholders and partners
