What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, addressing daily financial system needs
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance system usage
- Support core finance functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
- Assist with ERP enhancements, upgrades, and financial system improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting ERP financial systems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials (required)
- Proven ability to manage system support, issue resolution, and vendor coordination independently
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial applications such as BlackLine, Vertex, and GetPaid
- Familiarity with internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX compliance
- Previous experience in financial reporting and data analysis using ERP tools
