What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage advanced language models to enhance productivity and efficacy within the Enterprise Growth and Strategy division
- Support proposal development by analyzing RFP questions and drafting responses to ensure alignment with contract requirements
- Conduct competitor proposal analysis to identify service gaps and highlight competitive advantages
- Perform trend analysis in Medicaid and Managed Care to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of industry shifts
- Assist with market research and analysis to uncover critical market information for strategic planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- At least three (3) years of progressive experience applying LLMs and Generative AI technology
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Senior Analyst in strategy and growth organizations
- Proficiency in advanced prompt engineering techniques and strategies
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Glean platform and its applications
- Basic programming experience in HTML, CSS, and Java is recommended
- Experience in interviewing subject matter experts to identify and close content gaps
- Ability to educate and assist team members in maximizing LLM capabilities
