What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front-line support for financial applications and processing
- Collaborate with process and business owners to gather requirements and execute plans for business enhancements
- Support production tasks and contribute to system and process improvements
- Maintain strong relationships across departments to drive positive changes in analysis and reporting
- Troubleshoot issues related to financial data and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in implementation, testing, release management, and support on Oracle Financial Modules
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Experience troubleshooting processing issues, including identifying balancing issues
- Proven ability to work with users on questions, concerns, and errors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within the insurance industry or financial services
- CPA or qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and SQL/Power BI/Alteryx
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing upgrades of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud
- Knowledge of custom BI Publisher, SmartView, and OTBI reports
