What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mentor and lead 2-10 software engineers and systems/programmer analysts on multiple projects
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and conceptual designs in compliance with industry regulations
- Communicate with cross-functional teams and coordinate requirements with development teams
- Identify and recommend improvements in existing business processes and systems
- Manage small to medium-sized projects and ensure the quality of deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience supporting, designing, and/or implementing application changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable of business processes and industry-standard quality norms
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and estimation processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Experience with QNXT and SharePoint
- Familiarity with MS Project
