What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze MTA & MMM data from third-party vendors to provide recommendations for paid media strategies
- Evaluate performance data to identify opportunities for improving marketing effectiveness and customer segmentation
- Own site funnel analytics to pinpoint drop-off points and areas for optimization
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define key metrics and develop actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytics role, specifically with marketing data
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience in building dashboards and data models using Looker and LookML
- Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Braze
- Understanding of CRM principles, customer segmentation, and retention strategies
- Experience with Python or R
- Background in analyzing data from product analytics platforms such as Amplitude
- Knowledge of additional data visualization tools
