      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research, financial modeling, and analysis of complex healthcare claims data to deliver actionable insights
      - Develop key strategic reports and analyses using SQL programming and Business Intelligence tools
      - Track and monitor cost savings initiatives and provide trend analyses on a monthly basis
      - Support Provider Network contracting and unit cost management through financial and network pricing modeling
      - Present analytical results and findings to senior management and key stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or Actuarial Sciences
      - 5+ years of analytics experience in financial analysis, healthcare pricing, or related discipline
      - 5+ years of increasingly complex database and data management responsibilities
      - Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL
      - 5+ years of experience in quantifying, measuring, and analyzing financial/performance management metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in a related field
      - Experience in healthcare medical economics and strong financial analytics background
      - Ability to proactively identify and investigate complex medical cost issues
      - Experience with industry-standard normalization/reimbursement methodologies (APR-DRG, MS-DRG, EAPG, APC)
      - Skills in predictive modeling and healthcare analytics
