What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support initiatives aimed at optimizing talent and vendor resources within the technology team
- Develop and deliver comprehensive analysis, metrics, and reporting materials to enable effective decision-making
- Create innovative tooling solutions and leverage data visualization tools for insightful communication
- Partner with internal communications to maintain and execute a content management plan for user experience
- Manage complex information and communicate findings clearly to various stakeholders, including executive-level reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of technology concepts and ability to translate complex jargon for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with AI automation tools and techniques
- Experience in video and graphic imaging tools for creating engaging visual content
- Experience with various digital communication platforms, including social media and content management systems
