      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build relationships with internal stakeholders to expand payment offerings and innovate
      - Lead projects to optimize credit card processing and track financial performance
      - Collaborate with the Digital team to provide financial expertise for ePayments
      - Develop and influence global strategic direction for payment solutions
      - Assist in creating consistent policies for credit card processing and deliver training across North America

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in payments acceptance and processing
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Finance
      - Extensive knowledge of the payments processing industry, including PCI compliance and fraud mitigation
      - Demonstrable decision-making and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with vendor selection and contract negotiations
      - Familiarity with digital payment consumer behavior and industry trends
      - Experience working with local-global organizations in market or corporate roles
