What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement techniques and analytics to transform raw data into meaningful information
- Design and implement innovative analytical solutions in collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Apply advanced feature engineering techniques and natural language processing on large datasets
- Evaluate new features and architecture to create innovative data solutions
- Build comprehensive analytics views to forecast growth and perform opportunity sizing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Scientist position, internship, or related occupation
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud services such as Google or Microsoft
- Experience with big data, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with deep learning using TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as statistical modeling using Statsmodels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization algorithms using SciPy
- Proficiency in data manipulation using Pandas and numerical computations with NumPy
- Knowledge of web scraping using Beautiful Soup and association calculations using FP growth and Prefix Span
