What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Embed with cross-functional teams to improve specific areas of the product and provide analytical support for decisions
- Lead analytics projects, communicate insights to decision-makers, and identify new business opportunities
- Manage deadlines and iterate quickly on analyses to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Design and analyze business experiments to enhance product offerings and advocate for thoughtful experimentation
- Generate dashboards and automate reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS or graduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or economics
- 2-4 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in consumer products or advertising
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data manipulation
- Understanding of statistical inference, experimental design, and analytic bias
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data analyses into coherent insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Looker
- Professional experience in A/B testing
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
