- Provide expert-level support for the full lifecycle of federal grants and cooperative agreements.
- Conduct pre-award activities including budget analysis, risk assessments, and drafting terms and conditions.
- Manage post-award functions such as monitoring performance, processing amendments, and initiating closeouts.
- Interpret and apply federal regulations including 2 CFR 200 and the DOT Guide to Financial Assistance.
- Advise program managers and leadership on complex grants management issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges across pre-award, award, and post-award phases.
- Use systems like ESC PRISM and GrantSolutions for grants processing and tracking.
- Provide technical assistance and training to program staff and recipients.
- Write and edit grant analysis documents and brief government officials.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures throughout the grant lifecycle.
- Minimum 6 years in federal grants/acquisition
- Experience with support across full grant lifecycle
- Experience with policy interpretation and technical consultation
- Experience with 2 CFR 200, ESC PRISM, GrantSolutions preferred
