What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the secure configuration and administration of the employer's Salesforce environment
- Enforce Salesforce security protocols, including Multi-Factor Authentication and access audits
- Manage API integrations and connected applications, troubleshooting issues as necessary
- Administer sandbox environments and coordinate metadata deployment pipelines
- Participate in discussions for platform evolution, ensuring documentation of configurations and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of Salesforce Administration experience in a mid-to-large enterprise
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security controls, profiles, and permission frameworks
- Experience with API management and middleware platforms
- Familiarity with sandbox management and deployment tools
- Salesforce Certified Analyst certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Advanced Analyst or Platform App Builder certification
- Experience with Salesforce Shield or integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato
- Knowledge of security frameworks like SOC 2, NIST, or ISO 27001
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure and identity tools like Okta or Azure AD
