      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a Salesforce case queue, ensuring timely responses to customer-facing deadlines
      - Participate in operational pricing tasks, including pricing tier loads and customer pricing research
      - Responsible for updates to tools with relevant information from FedEx and other data sources
      - Assist in improving current processes both internally and cross-functionally
      - Analyze competitive invoices to inform pricing strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of relevant experience
      - BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field
      - Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and SQL server (running queries)
      - Ability to work on projects of moderate scope and complexity
      - Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment within defined parameters

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in pricing strategy or revenue management
      - Familiarity with econometrics and analytics in pricing decisions
      - Knowledge of customer service principles in a healthcare setting
      - Ability to work collaboratively across teams
