- Talent Management Process Development: Assist in developing and refining employee talent management processes to support meaningful employee development & engagement
- Talent tool implementation: Support the implementation of various talent management tools and technology solutions, ensuring their alignment with talent development goals, strategic objectives and legal compliance
- Content development & asset creation: Drive content development and creation of assets related to talent management, organizational effectiveness and career development initiatives.
- Research and Innovation: Stay up to date on the latest trends and research in I-O psychology related to talent management, organizational design & career development.
- Propose innovative assessment solutions and improvements
- Team member Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners, hiring managers and external vendors to coordinate assessment processes and address specific selection needs
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all talent processes are documented and follow relevant laws, regulations, and standard processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communications or related preferred experience in talent management
- 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record of designing and implementing talent development initiatives, including talent management, organizational design or similar experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Solid understanding of talent management, organizational design, job analysis techniques, job rotation and other career development programs
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present data and recommendations clearly, including building executive-level communications and presentations
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with collaborators across different levels of the organization
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
- Master's degree

Key Responsibilities:
This role will be a part of the Talent Development – Talent Partner team which is responsible for developing and executing an integrated talent, leadership, culture and organizational strategy in support of our business goals. This team will ensure right talent, skills and supporting capabilities are in place to drive United’s continued success.
This position will report into the Sr. Manager – Talent Strategy Programs and will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization by designing, implementing and evaluating talent management, organizational effectiveness and career development programs. This role requires incumbents to have a proven foundation in talent management principles, especially in performance management, organizational design & role re-credentialing of United’s journey to be a skills-first organization.
