      Responsibilities:

      - Prepare and maintain tax records, returns, reports, and related materials.
      - Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liability and reduce burden.
      - Build technology enablement projects to increase efficiency in tax processes.
      - Utilize tools like Office Script, VBA, Alteryx, and MS Power Platform suite for tax automation and system solutions.
      - Support Senior Manager, Global Tax with US-International Tax Compliance, Transfer Price, and special projects.
      - Assist with audits by providing workpapers and responses.
      - Lead tax process improvement projects, including software implementation and automation.
      - Analyze cross-border activities for potential tax exposure.
      - Manage US and foreign tax payments and support cash tax forecast.
      - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes through innovative solutions.

      Requirements:

      - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
      - 4-8 years of related experience.
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax processing software.
      - Experience with Alteryx, MS Power Platform suite (Power BI/Power Query/Power Automate), and OBIEE is a plus.
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
      - Ability to work independently and under pressure with strict deadlines.
      - Experience in process improvement and automation.
      - Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
