      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Controls
      - Conduct risk assessments and prepare risk profiles in accordance with OMB guidance
      - Test the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls for major business processes
      - Draft annual FFMIA attestation for the Assistant Secretary of Fossil Energy
      - Review and supervise the work of contract personnel on complex issues related to the Performance Work Statement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in management and expertise
      - Bachelor’s degree or an additional six (6) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
      - Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) certification is required
      - Strong preference for an MBA in Finance and Accounting
      - Knowledge of Federal, DOE, and the Office of Fossil Energy is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications such as Certified Government Financial Manager (G.F.M.) or Chartered Global Management Accountant (C.G.M.A.) are strongly preferred
      - Relevant professional development courses related to Government Management and subject matter
