What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain standard and customized reports across multiple business areas
- Interpret data and provide value-add insights to drive operational impact and identify opportunities
- Troubleshoot data integrity issues and implement process improvements
- Translate stakeholders' requirements into reporting deliverables
- Assist with dashboard and report generation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL querying
- Healthcare claims experience, TPA Self-Funding Reporting preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with MS SQL Server and/or Snowflake
- Curiosity for using data sources to answer key business questions
- Ability to lead diverse stakeholders through defining business questions for visualizations
- Collaborative team player with the confidence to lead projects
- Experience in driving Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives
