      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for assigned territory
      - Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records
      - Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and customers
      - Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints effectively
      - Develop and implement strategies to counter competitors and expand business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of B2B and/or healthcare sales experience, OR 3 years of B2B sales or healthcare sales experience plus 2 years of Clinical Specialist experience
      - Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
      - Ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of medical device sales experience in a hospital environment
      - Proven success in previous sales roles with high levels of performance
      - Experience with AAA and/or Thoracic procedural knowledge
      - Skills in sales planning, organization, and execution
      - Demonstrated ability to teach and educate medical personnel
