      Roles and Responsibilities:
      Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

      Senior Appian Developer who can designs, builds, and maintains complex low-code solutions, focusing on migrating legacy systems (like MS Access) to Appian, developing process models, SAIL interfaces, data fabric integrations, and ensuring quality through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD, while mentoring juniors and collaborating in Agile teams to modernize workflows and integrate with other systems.
      Must Have – Appian Case management System Experience

      Key Responsibilities
      • Application Development: Develop scalable Appian applications using Process Models, SAIL, Data Fabric, Record Actions, and Connected Systems.
      • Legacy Modernization: Re-platform applications from older technologies (like MS Access, VB) to Appian.
      • Design & Architecture: Collaborate with Lead Architects on design, contributing to technical documentation (ERDs, design docs).
      • Integration: Integrate Appian with other systems and databases, handling data migration.
      • Agile & DevOps: Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines, promoting DevOps best practices.
      • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Quality Assurance: Ensure robust testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards.
      • Collaboration: Work with Client and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
      Key Skills & Experience
      • Strong hands-on Appian BPM development.
      • Expertise in Appian components (SAIL, Data Fabric, Process Models).
      • Experience with enterprise integrations and CI/CD.
      • Problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
      • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
