      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct expert-level SAT Essay scoring and backreading, ensuring accuracy and reliability of scores
      - Monitor scoring patterns, identify discrepancies, and provide feedback to maintain scoring quality
      - Develop and review ACCUPLACER and ACCUPLACER ESL content, ensuring alignment with educational standards
      - Conduct research to support federal submission requirements and enhance scoring processes
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex scoring issues and uphold quality standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or equivalent education and experience in English, English education, writing, or a closely related field
      - Four to six years of experience in standardized, large-scale K–12 or K–16 direct writing assessment
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
      - Solid organizational, time-management, and task-management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Teaching experience at the middle, secondary, or postsecondary levels
      - In-depth exposure to state and national curriculum standards
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new scoring technologies
      - Willingness to travel nationally to support scoring operations
