      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Lead condition assessment projects while ensuring methods are properly executed and safety is maintained
      - Operate various equipment to inspect and record the condition of water and sewer utility assets
      - Manage data retrieval and analysis, updating GIS data, and compiling reports with maps
      - Respond to project inquiries and develop condition assessment project scope and cost estimates
      - Deliver training sessions, both on-site and virtually, for utility staff

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Bachelor's degree related to water/wastewater operations, geospatial technologies, civil engineering, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of three years' experience working with water or sewer utilities or related fields
      - Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and/or Google Docs and Sheets, with five years of experience preferred
      - Valid driver's license and a safe driving record, with initial and periodic Motor Vehicle Records checks required
      - Ability to pass initial and periodic criminal checks and drug and alcohol testing

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Experience with utility mapping, utility locating, civil engineering technician roles, or environmental testing
      - Familiarity with geospatial technologies and asset management planning
