      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed
      - Solve client problems, update account histories, and follow up to ensure inquiries are resolved
      - Adhere to client SLAs and consistently meet production targets
      - Collaborate with team members and management to resolve client inquiries and cross-train new staff
      - Recommend changes to procedures and workflow to enhance efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in healthcare or related fields
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and relevant contact center software applications
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to identify stakeholders and effectively collaborate within a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Cxone, Verint, Avaya, or similar contact center technologies
      - Background in healthcare technology or pharmacy operations
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Familiarity with Medicaid and related services
