      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Division Administrator in planning and directing the research, analysis, and investment of short-term fixed income portfolios
      - Review and screen investment recommendations while maintaining responsibility for investment decisions
      - Organize and establish policies and guidelines for fixed income portfolios and collateral management
      - Support the hiring process for personnel within the Fixed Income Division
      - Monitor and manage assigned investments to ensure optimal performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, real estate management/financing, or related field; or a bachelor's degree in any major with a CFA, CPA, CAIA, or CTP designation
      - Minimum of two years of professional investment, financial, and/or economic administration experience as a manager, program specialist, or staff specialist
      - Ability to provide official college transcripts as part of the application process
      - Experience in overseeing and managing staff, with documented leadership experience
      - Must be able to work onsite in Michigan on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in asset management of short-term fixed income investments
      - Knowledge of pledged collateral management
      - Proficiency in utilizing Excel spreadsheets for analysis, reports, and charts
      - Prior experience identifying and implementing key process or procedure changes
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
