      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the VP of Healthcare Market Solutions to maintain market solution strategy and roadmap
      - Educate internal teams and customers on solution features and benefits
      - Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to translate problem statements into actionable solutions
      - Conduct market research to identify solution strengths and gaps for future strategy development
      - Prepare executive-level updates for internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Nursing
      - 10+ years of experience in payer solutions and care management, including utilization management
      - 5+ years in a managerial leadership role
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills
      - Strong appreciation for various delivery models including analytics, software, and platform-enabled services models

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA and/or advanced degree preferred
      - Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural, global environment
